Individual therapy is a process in which a trained mental health professional and client work together one-on-one to meet the individuals’ goals. Each session will build upon the next, where you will learn skills to help you meet your goals in addition to gaining a deeper understanding of yourself. In therapy there is no judgement, it is a safe space that is designed to provide an environment for healing, learning and growth. Each individuals’ journey through therapy is tailored specifically for their experiences and goals.
Anxiety Support Group
If you are looking for a non-threatening environment to share experiences and connect with others, this support group will be beneficial to you. Feelings of being overwhelmed and out of control bring a great deal of stress to your life. Actively participating in a support group allows you to freely talk about those feelings in a safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere. The group will meet on Thursdays at 5:30pm.
