Michelle Daley, LCSW
I’m Michelle Daley, an anxiety and trauma therapist.
I specialize in teaching others how to overcome their anxiety. What I really enjoy about being an anxiety therapist is being able to help my clients go from feeling completely out of control and lost, to finally being able to say “I’m in control, I’m OKAY.” I support clients in their desire to move forward in their life and leave behind fears, past experiences, traumas and anxieties so they can reach their full potential. I do this by meeting weekly for individual counseling or through the anxiety support group I run weekly. Both of which give clients the insight and tools they need to start living a life they enjoy.
My clinical experience expanded when I found many of my clients with anxiety had also experienced some form of trauma. This is when I decide to pursue my training in a treatment called EMDR, an effective treatment for trauma. You can read more about this on the EMDR page.
